Working along side a local builder this brand new build project is being electrically designed, installed and tested by NBP Electric. The ground floor is fitted with the latest LED downlights (all 49 of them!), fully fitted black up & down exterior lights to match the windows and fascias - also with two 30W LED PIR floods on each end of the house.
An air source heat pump has been fitted by a third party, however all control gear and wiring into the system has been completed by NBP Electric, a full zoned system allowing each room to be controlled individually with a traditional radiator system on the first floor will be achieved.
A mains powered interlinked smoke alarm system, dual cooker and oven supplies, ring final circuits for general power throughout along with provisions for detached garage electric and numerous path and outdoor step light supplies have been installed.
